## 🆕 New features

### The new pinboard

The pinboard is now its own slide type, replacing the previous pinboard extension. Learners share posts as sticky notes, photo cards, or in a masonry view. They react with emojis and can attach images, PDFs, audio, and videos (up to 5 files per post). You specify which file types are allowed. Learners can edit their own posts later, including alt text and attachments. The pinboard automatically adapts to the design of the cBook and the accessibility settings. It is accessible according to WCAG 2.2 AA and also works on mobile devices.

### Edit pinboard just like in the player

In the editor, you see the pinboard exactly as learners see it. Simply click on an area (header, post, background), and the relevant settings will open on the right. The board and cards can have their own background images with image filters.

### Show, hide, or anonymize names

Per pinboard, you choose how names are handled:

-   **Show names**: Everyone sees who wrote what.
-   **Hide names from participants**: Learners see “Name hidden”, while you still see the names in the evaluation.
-   **Anonymous**: Nobody sees names, not even in the evaluation. Posts by the same person appear there as “Participant 1”, “Participant 2”, etc. What was written anonymously remains permanently anonymous.

### Pinboard evaluation

In the “Evaluation” tab, you select a learning group and see all posts, reactions, and attached files for this group. You can download the files directly.

### Close slides for input

Pinboard, Essay, and WordCloud can now be closed and reopened for input per learning group. This can be done directly in the evaluation via the "Allow input from learners" toggle. The change takes effect immediately without a new export. You can see at any time who closed the slide and when. Note: Only works with Core Slides, NOT with Extensions!

### AI Audio Generator in the Asset Manager

Create audio with AI in three steps: choose a voice, enter the script, and listen to the result. You can filter voices and preview them in advance. Type the script, upload it as a file, or record it. Each step briefly explains what it does. The feature can be activated per customer in the Customer Features under "AI Audio".

### AI Labeling in the Asset Manager

Files created, edited, or analyzed with AI are now also labeled in the detail view. A tooltip shows all reasons at a glance, e.g., AI subtitles or an alternative text written by AI.

## ✨ Improvements

### Word Cloud Evaluation

The evaluation now shows each term once with its vote count, sorted by popularity. This applies to the table, printing, and Excel export. Printouts and exports also display when they were generated. Applies to the Word Cloud Core Slide, NOT the Extension!
