# Version 8.2.0

September 23, 2026

## 🆕 New features

### New AI Assistant for creating cBooks

The “Generate with AI” card on the dashboard now opens an assistant that guides you step by step: Describe, Topics, Generate, Review. Previously, this was a single long form. At the beginning, you choose whether you want to create just a **concept**, which you can review, edit, and export, or a **complete cBook**. Your draft is preserved even if you reload the page.

#### Describe: the easy start

You describe your project and get a title suggestion from the AI with one click. You select the language via a flag. You can easily set the length, target audience, and prior knowledge. Planning notes help you along the way: One slide corresponds to about one minute, and each topic becomes a chapter. Simply drag and drop your own documents. This now works with around 30 file formats instead of just PDF, Word, and PowerPoint.

#### Topics: suggested by AI, controlled by you

The AI suggests suitable topics and refines them according to your instructions. You can edit, reorder, deselect, or delete topics. For each topic, you decide which content and slide types to use.

#### Review: review and refine the concept at your own pace

A chapter overview shows you all slides along with their slide type. You edit text via the pencil icon or by highlighting a section. With "**Regenerate**" and "**Improve phrasing**" the AI revises an entire slide, an individual field, or only the highlighted text section. Slides can be reordered and deleted. You can save at any time or export the concept as a PDF or JSON.

#### Versions

Each revision is saved as a numbered version (Version 2, Version 3 …). The list shows the newest version first and goes back to the original. For each version, you can see who created it. You can rename versions, and you define which one is the "**current**" one. A complete cBook is always created from the current version.

#### Complete cBook with clear progress

While the cBook is being created, you can see the status at any time. At the end, you are honestly informed whether all slides are ready, whether individual content is missing, or whether the result could not be verified. Important: "**Cancel**" only stops displaying the progress. The cBook will not be deleted, and creation continues in the background.
