<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Introduction</h2>Completion Criteria let you define which chapters and exams count toward a successful completion of your cBook. This is especially important when your cBook is delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS), as the criteria determine when a participant's course status is reported as "completed" or "passed".To access Completion Criteria, open your cBook's settings and select Completion Criteria from the sidebar menu.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Overview</h2>The page shows a tree view of your cBook's structure — chapters with their exams and questions listed underneath. Next to each element, you can set whether it is required or optional. A legend on the right explains the meaning of each status icon.At the bottom of the tree, you'll find summary fields for the overall cBook score and passing requirement. Don't forget to save your changes using the round Save button (disk icon) in the top-right corner.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Chapter Criteria</h2>Each chapter in your cBook appears as a row with a checkbox:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Checked&nbsp;— The chapter must be worked through by the participant. It counts toward course completion.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Unchecked&nbsp;— The chapter is optional and does not count toward course completion.</li></ul><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Exam Criteria</h2>Each exam appears with a status icon on the left. Click the icon to choose one of four options:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Must be passed&nbsp;(checkmark icon) — Participants must complete the exam and achieve at least the passing grade. This is the strictest requirement.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Must be completed&nbsp;(filled circle icon) — Participants must complete the exam at least once, but they don't need to pass it.</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Must be started&nbsp;(half-circle icon) — Participants must at least start the exam. They don't need to finish or pass it.</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Optional&nbsp;(hollow circle icon) — The exam does not count toward course completion.</li></ul>Next to each exam, you'll see its passing grade displayed in italics (e.g., "Passing grade: 60% (60)"). The passing grade is configured in the exam's own settings, not here.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Credit Points System</h2>By default, completion is tracked as a simple percentage — how much of the required content a participant has viewed or completed. For more fine-grained control, you can enable the Credit Points System.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Enabling Credit Points</h3>Check the Use Credit Points System checkbox at the top of the page. This unlocks score fields next to chapters, exams, and questions.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">How It Works</h3>With credit points enabled, you assign point values to your content:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Chapters&nbsp;— Enter a score (max. 100) in the text field next to each chapter. This score only applies if the chapter is marked as required (checkbox checked). Optional chapters cannot have a score.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Exams and Questions&nbsp;— Each question within an exam gets its own score field. The exam's total score is automatically calculated as the sum of its question scores. You cannot edit the exam score directly — adjust the individual question scores instead. Question scores are only editable when the exam is set to "must be passed" or "must be completed".</li></ul><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Max. cBook Scores</h3>At the bottom of the tree, the Max. cBook Scores field shows the total of all chapter and exam scores combined. This value is calculated automatically and cannot be edited directly. The total must not exceed 100.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Passing Requirement</h3>Below the max score, the Passing Requirement field lets you set the minimum score a participant needs to achieve for the cBook to be reported as "passed". This field is only editable when the Credit Points System is enabled. The passing requirement cannot exceed the max cBook score.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Legend</h2>The legend on the right side of the page explains all icons and statuses:Chapters:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Checked checkbox — Participants must view the chapter</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Unchecked checkbox — The chapter is optional</li></ul>Exams:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Checkmark — Participants must pass the test</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Filled circle — Participants must complete, but not necessarily pass the test</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Half circle — Participants must at least start the test</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Hollow circle — Optional content that does not count toward course completion</li></ul><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">All-Optional Warning</h3>If all chapters and exams are set to optional, a warning appears: the cBook will only report an "incomplete" status to the LMS. This can be intentional if you want to disable completion tracking entirely, but make sure this is what you actually want.

<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Introduction</h2>The Publish section lets you export your cBook so it can be used by your learners. You can create SCORM packages for delivery through a Learning Management System (LMS), Web packages that run without an LMS, or export your cBook to the Review System to collect feedback from colleagues and stakeholders before publishing.To access this section, open your cBook's settings and select Publish cBook from the sidebar menu.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Overview</h2>At the top of the page, you'll find a brief introduction and two buttons:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Start Export&nbsp;— Opens the export dialog where you choose what to export</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Open review system&nbsp;— Opens the Review System in a new tab (if available for your account)</li></ul>Below the buttons, a tabbed table shows your existing cBook packages and Review packages.Exported cBook packages are stored for a limited number of days (shown in the info text). After that, they can no longer be downloaded or translated, but you can still manage their community features or delete them. Review packages remain available until you delete them in the Review System.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Exporting a cBook Package</h2>To create a new cBook package:<ol class="LexTKB__ol1"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Start Export</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">In the dialog, make sure the&nbsp;cBook&nbsp;tab is selected</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Select the&nbsp;Learning Group&nbsp;you want to export this cBook for from the dropdown</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Export cBook</li></ol>The export uses the SCORM 1.2 standard. After clicking Export, the dialog closes and your new package appears in the table with a generating status (shown as a progress bar in the name column). Once the package is ready, a green checkmark appears and the download buttons become available.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Downloading Packages</h3>For each generated package, two download options are available:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Download SCORM Package&nbsp;— Downloads the package in SCORM format, ready to upload to your LMS</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Download Web Package&nbsp;— Downloads a standalone version that runs without an LMS (e.g., for local testing or hosting on a web server)</li></ul>While a Web package is downloading, the button shows a spinning indicator. Both download buttons are disabled for expired packages.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Package Lifecycle</h2>Each package goes through a lifecycle indicated by icons in the table:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Package icon (green)&nbsp;— The package is available and can be downloaded. A tooltip shows the expiry date.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Warning icon (orange)&nbsp;— The package is expiring soon. It can still be downloaded, but won't be available much longer.</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Block icon (gray)&nbsp;— The package has expired. Downloads are no longer possible, but you can still manage its community features or delete it.</li></ul><h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Community Features</h2>Each package has a Community toggle in the table. When enabled, the package's community features (such as community slides and the Activity Center) are active for learners using this package. You can toggle community features on and off at any time, even for expired packages.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">The Review System</h2>The Review System lets you share your cBook with reviewers — colleagues, subject matter experts, or clients — who can provide feedback directly on the content via a shared link.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Creating a New Review</h3><ol class="LexTKB__ol1"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Start Export</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Switch to the&nbsp;Review&nbsp;tab</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Enter a&nbsp;Review title&nbsp;(defaults to the cBook name)</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Under&nbsp;Export as..., select&nbsp;As new review</li><li value="5" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Export to review system</li></ol><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Adding a New Version to an Existing Review</h3>If you've already created a review and want to update it with a new version of your cBook:<ol class="LexTKB__ol1"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Start Export</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Switch to the&nbsp;Review&nbsp;tab</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Under&nbsp;Export as..., select&nbsp;As new version of an existing review</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Choose the review you want to update from the&nbsp;Available reviews&nbsp;dropdown</li><li value="5" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click&nbsp;Export to review system</li></ol>When exporting as a new version, the review title cannot be changed — it keeps the original title.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Viewing Reviews</h3>The Review tab in the table lists all reviews created for this cBook. For each review you can see:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Review title&nbsp;— The name of the review</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Current version&nbsp;— The latest version number</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Finished&nbsp;— Whether the review has been closed</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Created at&nbsp;and&nbsp;Updated at&nbsp;— Timestamps</li></ul>Click the external link icon in the last column to open a review directly in the Review System.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Deleting Packages</h2>You can delete packages in two ways:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Click the&nbsp;trash icon&nbsp;next to an individual package</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">Select multiple packages using the checkboxes on the left, then click the bulk&nbsp;delete&nbsp;button above the table</li></ul>Deleting works for both active and expired packages.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr" style="text-align: start;">Theme Warnings</h2>Before exporting, the system checks your cBook's theme:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">If the theme does not support&nbsp;Accessibility&nbsp;features, a warning is displayed. You can still export, but display problems may occur.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem" style="text-align: start;">If the theme is&nbsp;deprecated, an error is shown and the&nbsp;Start Export&nbsp;button is disabled. You must switch to a supported theme before you can export.</li></ul>
