🆕 New Features
New Core Slide: Word CloudWith the new slide type "Word Cloud" as the successor to the previous extension, learners can enter or select tags for a topic, which are then visualized as a Word Cloud. The results can be exported as an image and evaluated via the Evaluation tab in the Creator – including Excel export. The slide type supports both portrait and landscape format, and has a WYSIWYG editor.
The new Word Cloud can now be activated per tenant.
Asset Manager – Multi-selection and SearchIn the Asset Manager, multiple files can now be selected and deleted or moved simultaneously. Additionally, a new search function is available, allowing files to be searched by name – even with partial entries and regardless of case.
Page Builder – New Design and AI AssistantThe Page Builder has received a completely redesigned user interface, which significantly improves usability. Additionally, there is a new AI assistant that can support content creation in Page Builder slides. The AI assistant can be activated per tenant.
Real-time Notifications for Changes to the cBookIf a cBook is open and another person adds, removes, or reorders slides, this is now updated in real-time directly in the editor – without the page needing to be reloaded.
New Help Section
We gather the links to the manual, the feedback form, and our new AI chatbot in the new Help Widget - you can find it in blue in the bottom right corner of the Creator. If it bothers you there, you can simply drag and drop it elsewhere. The new manual is currently about 80% complete and known to the chatbot 🙂
✨ Improvements
Essay Slide Editor The Essay Editor now supports an interaction image and background filters.
Accessibility in the Player Standard feedback for multiple-choice answers has been improved for screen readers. Additionally, the favorites filter function is now fully operable via keyboard.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Review System: The comment field now reliably retains focus.
Video Player: Subtitles are now displayed correctly when they are enabled by default in the slide settings. Additionally, a setting changed locally by the user is now correctly taken into account.
